SRI is designed to help people get more connected to their body so that all the parts of the body can communicate, creating wholeness and healing. This workshop is great for anyone and essential for

Hands-on workshops that include an introduction to the healing seasons of Discover, Transform and Awaken with specific information and instruction on SRI exercises for the corresponding  stages from Donald Epstein’s book, The 12 Stages of Healing.
