Basic SRI Review
Hands on practice and basic theory of The 12 Stages of Healing and Somato-Respiratory Integration with Dr. Gene Clerkin. Dr. Donald Epstein found that there were twelve basic healing rhythms and developed exercises to help integrate and get the most out of each stage. SRI is designed to help people get more connected to their body so that all the parts of the body can communicate, creating wholeness and healing. This workshop is great for anyone and essential for clients of Network Care.

Clear Day
Our attention is constantly on our responsibilities and what we have to do. Wouldn't it be great to have a day to take care of yourself once in a while?
